Come, come, whoever you are. Wanderer, worshiper, lover of leaving. It doesn't matter. Ours is not a caravan of despair. Come, even if you have broken your vows a thousand times. Come, yet again, come, come.

Trying hot yoga for the first time? Here’s what you need to know!

+ the heat

The yoga room is hot and is set to 95-105 degrees with 40% humidity. You will sweat. You may even sweat A LOT. And that’s OK!

+ what to bring

You can bring your own goods: 1 yoga mat, a towel, water and an open mind!

Or you can rent mats/towels at the studio for $2. We have everything you need. Water is also available for purchase.

+ what to wear

Wear fitted clothing- think spandex, leggings, sports bras, bike shorts. It's hot and you're going to sweat, so avoid sweatpants or heavy, weighted material. You want to be able to move easily.

+ how to prepare

Hydrate. Try to drink some water in your system before your practice.

If you take an early morning class, we recommend drinking some h2o the night before.

Avoid eating heavy meals RIGHT before you practice. There are no hard rules here. Everyone eats and digests food differently. But please be sensible.

+ signing in

Please try to arrive 15 minutes before the class begins.

Sign in with the teacher *they won’t be hard to find. The teacher will sign you in for the class, get you acquainted with our studio, and let you know where you can store any belongings.

+ studio etiquette

Please take your shoes off as soon as you walk through the front door. We do not have much of a lobby, so we want to avoid walking dirty and dusty shoes through the studio and on the yoga floor.

Be on time. If you are running late, please call the studio and let us know.

Students can expect some chatting and hubub before and after class in our hot room.

When class is over, please do your best to be respectful of your yoga neighbors in Final Savasana.

If there is a pool of sweat around your mat, please clean it up with complimentary towel from the studio.

Honor your Final Savasana and when you are finished, please keep voices low and all conversations quiet.
